摘要
本文在阐述国内图书馆数字资源政府采购源起的基础上,详细分析了数字资源实行政府采购的特点,对采购活动执行过程中应注意的问题进行了重点阐述,提出了解决问题的建议。
This paper makes a detailed analysis on the features of government acquisition system in the area of digital resources, based on the e laboration of the origin of government procurement in domestic libraries. It also focuses on the concerns emerging in the execution process of acquisition,and puts forward conductive advices for solving problems.
