试析明代文渊阁的图书管理工作及其启示

本文介绍了明代文渊阁图书管理工作所取得的成就及存在的缺陷,指出明代文渊阁对图书目录编纂、文化传播等做出了贡献,但同时其藏书的制度建设和管理工作存在很大的漏洞。通过对明代文渊阁图书管理工作所取得的成就及存在问题的分析,重在得到对现代图书馆管理工作有益的启迪。

This paper discusses the achievements and shortcomings of the Wenyuan Library in Ming dynasty, points out not only the codification to contents and the transmission of culture,but also many defects in its building of system and management. By the analysis of the achievements and shortcomings in Wenyuan Librarys management,it hopes to find the useful things to the management of modern library.
