大连市实施阳光体育运动的调研与分析

The research analysis of performing sunny sports in Dalian

"全国亿万青少年学生阳光体育运动"我国是新时期加强青少年体育、增强青少年体质的战略举措.阳光体育实施4年来,虽然整体效果上是可喜的,但也存在着许多不尽如人意之处.以大连市30所初高中980名学生的调研数据为基础,分析阳光体育实施中存在的问题,研究中学生不喜欢或拒绝参加体育活动的主观因素及其因素构成,提出从教育观念、教学方法、教学内容等方面着手的阳光体育实施的建议和对策.

＂The Sunny Sports Approach for millions national teenagers＂ is the new launched strategy which aimed to strengthen teenager＇s sports and enhance their physique. Although, it made an overall effort, but still, there＇re some aspects that are dissatisfactory. By collecting the data from 30 junior middle/high schools in Dalian which contains nearly 980 students, we analyze the problems arising from the performance of sunny sports, the main reason and its factors that affect teenagers dislike/refuse to have sports activities. Thus, we give suggestions and new strategies of performing sunny sports on the aspects of educational theory, teaching methods, teaching concepts and etc.
