焙烧温度对CuCl_2-La(NO_3)_3/AC吸附分离乙烯乙烷的影响 被引量:5

摘要 考察了焙烧温度对CuCl2-LaNO33/AC吸附分离乙烯/乙烷性能的影响.使用XRD、XPS表征表明,负载的CuCl2经250℃焙烧后被还原成对乙烯具有选择吸附性的CuCl,但是未能很好地分散,而是团聚在活性炭上.350℃焙烧后,CuCl衍射峰消失,说明高温有助于CuCl在活性炭表面的分散,此时Cu(I)分散度大,利用率高,乙烯的吸附量和分离因数均较大,因此,350℃是适宜的焙烧温度.450℃焙烧后,大量CuCl被活性炭还原为金属Cu,由于金属Cu不具有乙烯选择吸附性,因此吸附性能变差. The influence of calcination temperature on the performance of CuCl2-La(NO3)3/AC adsorbent was investi- gated. The results ofXRD and XPS showed that CuC12 was reduced to CuCl after calcination at 250℃, which could adsorbed ethylene selectively. However, CuCl congregated on AC. When CuCl2-La(NO3)3/AC was calcinated at 350℃, CuCl was dispersed effectively and XRD patterns of CuCl disappeared, resulting in the improvement of ethylene adsorption amount and separation factor of ethylene/ethane. Therefore, 350 ℃ was a feasible calcination temperature. A great deal of CuCl was reduced to Cu with a calcination temperature of 450 ℃. The adsorption performance of CuCl2-La(NO3)3/AC got worse because Cu had no adsorption for ethylene.
