摘要
以公交车调度问题为依据,应用随机优化理论和非线性规划理论等,分析了河北省石家庄市公交车调度及公交车辆的排班情况,研究此过程中实际情况和理论上的最优方案的差异及改进的可行性.由于公交车调度中实际环境的随机因素很多,在非线性规划理论的基础上加入随机分析理论,提出随机非线性规划模型,客观上弥补了非线性规划理论客观性较差的缺陷,从而更好的避免了传统排班模型的弊端,其建立考虑了乘客和公交公司的双重利益,并且在它们之间寻求一个平衡点.
On the basis of the bus scheduling problems, using stochastic optimization theory and nonlinear programming theory and so on, the bus scheduling and the situation of bus arrangement of shijiazhuang hebei province were analyzed. Study on the difference of this process and the improvement between the actual situation and the optimum scheme in theory. Because there are many of random factors among the bus scheduling in the practical environment, on the base of nonlinear programming theory, the random analysis theory was used. A stochastic nonlinear programming model and solutions to them were proposed, objectively the defects ofpoor objectivity ofonlinear programming theory was made up. Sothat the abuse of traditional crew rostering model was avoided. It considered the dual interests among passenger and bus company, and reserched a balance point among them.
