氨烃基聚甲基三氟丙基硅氧烷的制备及应用 被引量:2

摘要 在碱性催化剂作用下,用1,3,5-三(甲基三氟丙基)环三硅氧烷(DF3)与N,N-二甲基-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷(KH-602)进行开环聚合反应,合成了一种织物整理剂N,N-二甲基-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基聚甲基三氟丙基硅氧烷(AFSO-1),并用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚将其乳化后整理纯棉平纹针织布,研究了其应用性能及影响因素。应用结果表明,经其整理过的织物,与空白样相比,柔软性能明显提高,与经N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(ASO-1)整理过的织物相比,柔软性能略有提高,而拒水性能明显增强。 Under the action of basic catalyst,the ring -opening polymerization is made between 1,3,5 -tris(trifluoropropylmethyl) cyclotrisiloxane (DF3)and N,N-Dimethyl-β-aminoethyl-γ-Aminopropyl dimethoxysilane (KH-602),and one kind of fabric finishing agent-N,N-Dimethyl-β-aminoethyl-γ-Aminopropyl poly (trifluoropropyl)methylsiloxane (AFSO-1)is synthesized. Furthermore,this paper characterizes its structure by using infrared spectroscopy and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. In addition,this paper uses polyoxyethylene alkyl ether to emulsify the synthesized agent,then applies it to finish pure cotton plain knitted fabric,and studies its application property and the influencing factors. The results show that the finished fabric is much softer than traditional method,but the softness is slightly higher than that finished by N-β-γ-Aminopropyl poly(trifluoropropyl)methylsiloxane(ASO-1)and the water repellency is obviously improved.
