摘要
建立地铁弹性扣件轨道的落轴冲击有限元模型,对目前地铁中采用的三种典型扣件:一般弹性扣件、粘结板式弹性扣件和轨道减振器扣件进行落轴冲击响应仿真分析,对比分析了减振性能,并重点分析扣件质量、刚度对减振性能的影响。分析结果表明:在建模时考虑部件质量、刚度能更好的反映钢轨扣件的实际减振性能,为弹性扣件的设计提供参考价值。
Depending on the FEM model,the dynamic responses were simulated and calculated for different railway structures impacted by a falling wheel-set and the track's vibration isolation performances with different types of fasteners were compared with each other.Three typical types of fasteners were concerned:the common elastic rail fastener,the felting plate elastic rail fastener and the super-elastic fastener.The dynamic responses were analysed considering the influence of fastener components parameters (mass and stiffness).The results show that the vibration-reduction and vibration-isolation performances can be better reflected as in the real situation by considering the mass and elastic property of fastener components and this may supply consultation for the elastic fasteners design.
