摘要
针对石羊河流域干旱缺水现状,以流域属区的黄羊河水库为研究对象,从水库存在的问题、现状和运行状况入手,综合考虑泄洪能力的不确定性及不同典型洪水过程等因素对黄羊河水库汛限水位的影响,采用水文统计学原理,分析研究黄羊河水库历年的降雨量、径流量及洪水特性,论证了河西内陆河流域中小型水库抬高汛限水位运行、增加水库供水能力的必要性和可行性。
Aimed at the present situation of drought and shortage of water in Shiyang River Basin,taking the Huangyang Reservoir as the study object,starting with the existing problem of reservoir,present situation and operation status,the paper comprehensively considered the impact of the uncertainty of the river channel flood discharging capacity and flood process in different typical years to the imited flood control level of Huangyanghe Reservoir.Using the principle of hydrologic statistics,the paper analyzed the rainfall,runoff volume and flood characteristics,and demonstrated the necessity and feasibility to rise the flood control level and to increase water supply potential for middle or small reservoirs of inland river basin in Hexi district.
