摘要
采用正交试验法确定了烟酸无氰脉冲镀银的工艺条件,分析比较了双脉冲、单脉冲及直流镀银层的沉积速率、外观质量、抗变色能力及表面形貌。结果表明:双脉冲镀银层的XRD衍射峰沿(220)面择优取向程度最强,获得的镀银层更加光亮、结晶细致,抗变色性能最好;直流、单脉冲、双脉冲镀层的银晶均为立方晶系。
Orthogonal tests were carried out to deter-mine the technical parameters for cyanide-free pulse reverse elec-troplating of silver in a nicotinic acid bath. The depositing rate, appearance quality, anti-tarnishing behavior and morphology of the Ag coatings prepared by using direct current, pulse and pulse reverse plating were comparatively analyzed. Results show that the X-ray diffraction pattern of the Ag coating prepared by using pulse reverse plating shows preferential orientation along (220) plane, and this coating is brighter and finer and has the best anti-tarnishing capability. The Ag crystals obtained along with the three types of power all belonged to cubic crystal system.
