室管膜瘤患者脑脊液蛋白质组学分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立脑脊液二维电泳系统,寻找室管膜瘤患者脑脊液差异蛋白质表达。方法收集5例术后病理证实室管膜瘤患者脑脊液和2例健康受试者脑脊液,采用二维电泳分离方法分析室管膜瘤患者与正常受试者脑脊液蛋白质组学差异,寻找标志性蛋白质。结果室管膜瘤患者脑脊液中可以检测到400±40蛋白质点,正常受试者脑脊液中近360±36个蛋白质点,其中25个点在室管膜瘤患者中含量增加,有5个点在室管膜瘤患者脑脊液中减少,13个点为室管膜瘤患者脑脊液中特有。结论室管膜瘤患者和对照组的脑脊液双向电泳图谱存在着明显差异,新的质点的发现可能为室管膜瘤的诊断和治疗提供线索。 Objective To establish the methods of two-dimensional electrophoresis of cerebrospinal fluid system and to find out the difference between ependymoma and healthy people. Methods 5 cases of postoperative pathology confirmed ependymoma patients with cerebrospinal fluid and 2 cases of healthy people, using two-dimensional electrophoresis separation method treat ependymoma pro- teomies of cerebrospinal fluid in patients with healthy group. Results 400 ±40 protein spots were found in ependymoma group and 360 ± 36 in healthy group. Protein spots with two fold increase or decrease were 30 and 25 respectively increase and 5 respectively decrease in ependymoma patients compared with healthy controls. Conclusion The control group and patients with ependymoma in cerebrospinal fluid of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis map have significant differences, the discovery of new protein spot may be can benefit the diagnosis and treatment of ependymoma and to provide clues to the disease.
