摘要
本文论述了陕西省森林减少、水土流失、环境污染及土地退化等生态环境灾害的特征和现状，提出了减轻和防治生态环境灾害的对策。
The paper dealt with the characteristics and conditions of eec--environmental disasters including forest degeneration, soil erosion, environmental pollution and land degradation in Shaanxi Province. The countermeasure of preventing and reducing the eec--environmental disasters is put forward.
