摘要
为了使我国节能目标的制定具有较强的可比性与可操作性,本文采用动态节能潜力的概念,测算我国未来长期的节能潜力。并且依据地区之间的能源强度差距分析,提出挖掘节能潜力的政策建议。
This paper calculates the potential energy conservation in China based on the concept of dynamic estimate in future, in order to make the target of energy conservation more comparably and feasibly. The suggestion to achieve the target of energy conservation is established on the analysis of the energy intensity of the area.
