本文分析和评价了国家自颁布实行新成品油定价机制以来对国内油价进行的调整情况,认为新成品油定价机制向市场化迈进了一大步,取得了明显的进步,同时也存在调整时间滞后于国际市场、容易诱发投机、供需因素考虑不周等不足,并提出了完善成品油定价机制、稳定成品油市场的对策建议。

The paper analyzes and estimated state oil price adjustment since our government started to carry new rule in 2008 year, thinks that the new rule of state oil price has got distinct progresses, but exists some shortages, for example the adjustment time dropped behind international oil price; fosterage speculative function and or so. At last, the author puts forward many advices.
