Changes in Japan Energy Strategy and Sino-Japan Comparison

进入新世纪以来,随着以"金砖四国"(BRICs)为代表的新兴市场化国家的崛起,能源紧张与气候变暖问题日益凸显。金融危机虽然在很大程度上缓解了上述问题,但长期趋势并未改变。本文旨在对二战后的日本能源产业发展与能源战略调整进行系统回顾与总结,并与中国的现实情况进行对比,提出一些可供中国借鉴的经验教训。

Since 2001, with the emergence of newly industrialized economies, energy shortage and global warming issues are being highlighted. The worldwide financial crisis has eased above-mentioned problems to some extent. The long-term development trend, however, has not changed fundamentally. The paper is firstly to give a systematical summary of Japanese energy strategy from a historical perspective. Then, it would make a comparison between Japan and China, and put forward some possible advices to the oolicv makers.
