斜齿圆柱齿轮冷精确成形数值模拟研究 被引量:7

摘要 为了降低斜齿圆柱齿轮精确成形力,在对闭式墩挤成形齿轮分析和分流锻造原理的基础上,提出了双向可控镦挤成形工艺方案,并用有限元软件Deform-3D对此工艺的成形过程进行了数值模拟分析。模拟结果表明:与传统的闭式模锻相比,可明显降低成形力,是适用于斜齿圆柱齿轮精确成形的有效工艺方案。 In order to decrease precision forming force of helical gear, at the base of analyzing closed-die forming and the theory of divided flow, a method of precision forming process for helical gear is developed, which is two direction control upsetting-extrusion. The FEM simulation software-deform-3D is used to simulate the forming process in detail. The results show that, compared with closed-die forming, the forming force is decreased evidently by this method which is an effective forming process for helical gear.
