固体酸催化菊糖制备5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)的研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究了二甲基亚砜(DMSO)作溶剂,TiO2-SiO2为催化剂时菊糖脱水生成5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)的反应。考察了不同钛硅比的TiO2-SiO2催化剂和反应时间对制备HMF收率的影响。实验结果表明,反应温度为150℃,钛硅比为5∶5,反应时间为3 h,HMF的收率可达54.6%。 This research focused on preparing 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) from inulin in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) by TiO2-SiO2 solid acid catalysis. The influences of TiO2 to SiO2 ratio and reaction time on the yield of HMF were studied. Experimental results showed that under the condition of reaction temperature of 150℃ ,the ratio of Ti :Si of 5 : 5,and the reaction time of 3 h,the yield of HMF is 54.6%.
