纯相BiFeO_3微晶的水热合成及表征 被引量:2

Hydrothermal synthesis and characterization of pure phase of BiFeO_3 microcrystalline

摘要 以Bi(NO3)3.5H2O和Fe(NO3)3.9H2O为原料,KOH为矿化剂,聚乙二醇6000为分散剂,水热合成BiFeO3粉体,XRD和Raman光谱对粉体的表征说明在200℃反应6 h可以得到纯净的单相BiFeO3粉体,热分析结果得到BiFeO3粉体的磁相变温度——尼尔温度(TN)和铁电相变温度——居里温度(Tc)。 BiFeO3 powder has been synthesized by the hydrothermal method, using bismuth nitrate [ Bi( NO3 ) 3· 5 H2O ] and iron nitrate [ Fe ( NO3 ) 3· 9H2O ] as raw materials, potassium hydroxide (KOH) as mineralizer,polyethylene glycol ( HO( CH2CH2O) nil)6000 as dispersant,the samples were characterized by XRD, Raman spectra, the experiment results show that BiFeO3 powder obtained at 200℃for 6 h is pure single phase. Thermal analysis results obtained the neel temperature and the curie temperature of BiFeO3 powder.
