聚合物驱前区块整体调剖技术的矿场应用 被引量:12

FIELD APPLICATION OF BLOCK-WIDE OVERALL PROFILE CONTROLLING TECHNIQUE BEFORE POLYMER FLOODING

摘要 河南油田聚驱现场应用结果表明,以单井调剖为主的调剖技术不能解决聚合物窜流问题。为了抑制聚合物的窜流,改善聚驱效果,2004年以后,河南油田所有进行聚驱的6个区块都应用了聚驱前区块整体调剖技术,127口注聚井中调剖89口井,调剖率70.1%,调剖半径50~65m,达到大剂量深度区块整体调剖技术的要求。调剖后注入压力上升、视吸水指数下降、吸水剖面得到改善;在注入聚合物浓度(1500mg/L)高于其他未进行区块整体调剖聚驱区块(1000mg/L)的条件下,区块产出液聚合物浓度大幅度降低,第3年区块产出液聚合物浓度从355mg/L下降到150mg/L,有效期可以维持3年以上,这是单井调剖无法达到的效果。聚驱前进行深度区块整体调剖可以解决注聚合物过程中聚合物窜流的问题。 The field application results of the polymer flooding in Henan Oilfield show that the profile controlling technique mainly conducted in single well cannot resolve the problem of polymer cross flow. In order to prevent the above problem and improve the effects of polymer flooding, block-wide overall profile controlling technique before polymer flooding has been applied in all 6 blocks of Henan Oilfield since 2004. The profiles are controlled in 89 wells among 127 polymer injected wells, the profile control rate is 70. 1% , the radius of profile control is 50 ~ 65 m, meeting the requirements of large dosage and deep block-wide overall profile controlling technique. After profile control, the injection pressure is increased, the apparent injectivity index is reduced, the profiles of water absorb- ing sections are improved. Under the condition of the injected polymer concentration ( 1500 mg/L) , higher than that of uncontrolled block-wide profiles (1000 mg/L, the produced polymer concentration is obviously reduced; After 3-year polymer flooding, the concentration dropped from 355 mg/L to 150 mg/L, the valid period can keep for more than 3 years. The block-wide overall profile control before polymer flooding can solve the problem of the cross flow in polymer flooding.
