JIT mode pursuiting perfection,and the main features about it are the pursuit of zero inventory,high efficiency and continuous improvement. However, implementation of JIT has internal and external risk factors in Chinese manufacturing enterprises, and successful implementation of JIT should have the scientific coping strategies.
