摘要
本文通过对国内外公司财务危机预警相关文献的梳理,并且结合中国房地产行业的特点,提出了构建基于BP神经网络的我国房地产上市公司的财务危机预警模型。
This paper proposed financial crisis early-warning model of China＇s real estate listed companies based on BP neural network, through the domestic and foreign companies＇ financial crisis esrly-warning literature and combining the characteristics of China＇s real estate industry.
