基于层次分析法的企业实施ERP项目风险评估研究

Research on Risk Assessment of the Enterprise’ Execution of ERP Project Based on AHP

本文对ERP项目风险作了简要介绍,然后从企业的角度对管理风险分类,最后根据企业实施ERP管理风险分析模型提出了企业实施ERP项目的风险评估指标体系,并应用层次分析法对评价体系的各指标权重进行了实证研究。

In this paper, the risks of ERP project are briefly introduced, then classify risks from the perspective of enterprise, finally risk assessment index system of the enterprise＇ s execution of ERP project is proposed according to the risk management model of the enterprise＇ execution of ERP, and the index weight of index system is researched empirically using AHP.
