摘要 采用以CrO3和H2SO4·4H2O为主要组分加入适量MnSO4·4H2O的着色液对不锈钢进行化学着色,探讨了前处理工艺,着色液温度、质量浓度和着色时间等因素对不锈钢彩色膜的影响。经大量实验得到了最佳的着色液配方和工艺范围:240g/LCrO3、270mL/L H2SO4、10g/LMnSO4·4H2O,θ为50~90℃,t为10~35min。得到了随着温度的升高和时间的延长,膜厚度增加,颜色的变化为茶色→蓝色→金黄色→紫红色→绿色。着色膜经固化处理和封闭处理,表面色彩更均匀,重现性好,耐磨性及耐蚀性明显提高。 The stainless steel was chemically colored by using CrO3-H2SO4 · 4H2O system as main coloring agents together with an appropriate amount of MnSO4 ·4H2O additive. The effects of pretreatment process, temperature,concentration of the coloring solution and coloring time on colored film were discussed. The optimum coloring ingredient and process are as follows: CrO3 of 240 g/L, H2SO4 of 270 mL/L, MnSO4 · 4H2O of 10 g/L, coloring temp of 50-90℃, coloring period of 10-35min. Moreover, the thickness of film increased with the increase in temperature and the extension of coloring period and the color change (from brown to blue, golden, purple and green). The colored film of good quality was obtained by curing and sealing treatment, which is shown in many aspects, including more uniform coloring, good reproducibility, increased wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
