摘要
以工业纯铝L2为实验材料,采用硫酸交流阳极氧化-着色工艺在铝表面制备黑色膜层,重点分析着色溶液pH、温度及乙酸钴质量浓度对黑色膜层的影响,通过分析型扫描电镜测试,结果表明,电解液成分为200g/LH2SO4、1g/LAl2O3,U为12V,θ为(20±1)℃,t为60min的交流电阳极氧化条件下,着色液成分为30-40g/LCo(CH3COO)2,1g/LNiF2·2H2O,θ为50-60℃,pH为4.5~6.0,t为30min的工艺条件下可以获得与工业纯铝L2基体良好结合力,耐蚀、耐热及吸光性较好的黑色膜层。
An AC anodizing and coloring process of industrial aluminum L2 was studied. The effects of pH, temperature and Co( CH3COO) 2 concentration of the coloring solution on the black coating was analyzed. The results of SEM and EDS tests show that an AC anodizing black film can be prepared on the aluminum L2 with good corrosion resistance, good heat resistance, high light absorbance and high bonding force by the conditions including 20 ± 1℃, 200g/L H2SO4, lg,/L Al2O3, AC 12V and oxidation time 60 min; and the optimal process conditions are that the coloring solution temperature 50-60℃, pH 4.5- 6.0, the composition of coloring solution 30-40g/L Co( CH3COO)2, lg/L NiF2 · 2H2O and coloring time 30min.
