摘要 利用蒲绒纤维作为吸油材料吸附机油和植物油.结果表明:由蒲绒纤维制得的吸油材料吸油效果良好,1g纤维分别能吸收24.7g纯机油和27.8g纯植物油;在油:纯净水混比1:4条件下,1g纤维分别能吸收17~22g机油和18~24g植物油.香蒲绒纤维经2.5kPa压强机械挤压重复5次,1g蒲绒纤维分别吸收11g机油和9g植物油.蒲绒纤维独特的结构和表面蜡质是决定其吸油能力的重要因素. The cattail fiber was used as a sorbent material for the sorption of motor and vegetable oils. The results showed that the cattail fiber had the high sorption capacity: 1 g cattail fiber could absorb 24. 7 g pure motor oil and 27.8 g pure vegetable oil respectively. At the condition of the ratio of oil to water 1 : 4, the cattail fiber could absorb 17 - 22 g motor oil and 18 - 24 g vegetable oil respectively. The oil sorbed onto the material could be recovered by squeezing the sorbent. The squeezed material could absorb 11 g motor oil and 9 g vegetable oil respectively after 5 times repeatedly squeezing with 2. 5 kPa stress. The excellent absorption to oil was determined by cattay fiber's special structure and surface wax.
