Research on City Creativity Index Evaluation Based on TOPSIS and Entropy Methods

通过分析城市创意产业的驱动因素,从经济增长理论演变的角度分析创意产业与经济增长的关系.提出我国城市创意产业竞争力评价指标体系,借助熵值法确定指标的相对重要性,应用TOPSIS(接近理想点法)方法进行创意指数的综合评价.结合评价结果的分析,提出一系列城市创意产业发展对策和建议.

The relationship between creative industry and economic growth is examined from the perspective of the evolution of economic growth theories by analyzing the drivers of the cities＇ creative industry. The competitiveness evaluation criteria system for the creative industry is established. Entropy method is applied to derive the relative importance of the criteria, while TOPSIS （Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution） is used to assess the creativity index comprehensively.
