摘要 剪切法是用于检测焊接质量的一种方法。本文以电阻钎焊AgCdO触点和铜触桥为研究对象,测量了不同钎料焊接的触点焊接面的剪切力并积分计算了相应的剪切能量,结合超声检测及剪切断面形貌对焊接面的剪切性能进行了研究。结果显示,触点焊接面的剪切力与剪切能量皆随钎着率的增大呈增大趋势,其中AgCuP钎料焊接触点焊接面的剪切力和能量均高于AgCuZn钎料焊接的触点,且这种差距随钎着率的增大而减小。 Shearing test is one of the methods used to access welding quality.In this paper,the shearing force and corresponding shearing energy of AgCdO contact terminal and Cu bridge with resistance brazing were tested,then the shearing properties of welding contacts were investigated combined with ultrasonic inspection and the microstructures of solder joints facture surface.The results showed that the shearing force and shearing energy are all increased with the rise of brazing.The shearing force and shearing energy of contacts with AgCuP brazing alloy are higher than that of AgCuZn,and this is decreased with the rise of brazing.
