摘要
采用液压烧结法制备了一系列不同Co含量的Cox_C1_x(原子分数)复合块材样品,用SEM和XRD分析了样品在不同退火温度下的形貌和结构,并应用标准的四探针法研究了退火温度和Co含量对样品的巨磁电阻(GMR)效应的影响。结果表明,Co含量大于0.15的样品,随着退火温度的升高GMR效应逐渐消失,而Co含量小于0.15的复合块材GMR效应则具有较好的热稳定性。
A series of Cox-C1-x bulk composites was fabricated by method of hydraulic pressure and sintering.The sizes and distributing of grains in the samples were investigated by using a scanning electron microscope and microstructure by X-ray diffraction apparatus.The giant magnetoresistance(GMR) effect of samples was investigated by.The results show that the GMR effect of samples decreases with increasing annealing temperature and the GMR effect of some is not monotonous.
