摘要
银、铜基钎料多以焊条、焊丝供货,生产工艺中挤压是非常关键的一个工序,直接影响到钎料制品的内在及表面质量。本文在分析模具结构与挤压工艺、产品质量关系的基础上,介绍了银、铜基钎料挤压模具的选材和结构设计。通过挤压模具材料的改良和结构设计的优化,为钎料挤压的顺利进行提供有利条件,可提高生产效率,保证产品质量。
Extrusion is pivotal progress in manufactured silver-copper based solder.The relation of die structure,extrusion technic and product quality is analysed.How to select the material and design the structure of the extrusion die on the extrusion silver-copper based solder is dicussesed in the paper.The product quality is improved by modified the extrusion die.
