摘要
目的研究早期乳腺癌保乳手术术中电子射线照射,对保乳患者伤口引流液内GRO-1和VEGF的影响。方法采取随机方法,将60例保乳手术患者分为对照组和试验组,每组30例,对照组患者单纯行保乳手术,试验组患者行保乳手术并术中辅以电子射线照射。收集两组患者术后24h伤口引流液。应用ELISA方法,检测引流液内GRO-1和VEGF含量。结果对照组患者引流液内GRO-1和VEGF的含量分别为(50.08±14.09)pmol/l和(427.16±20.18)ng/l,两者在表达上呈正相关性(γ=0.817,P<0.01);实验组患者引流液内GRO-1和VEGF的含量分别为(15.64±2.80)pmol/l和(206.55±6.34)ng/l,两者在表达上呈正相关性(γ=0.449,P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组GRO-1和VEGF含量均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论术中电子射线照射明显降低保乳手术患者伤口引流液内GRO-1和VEGF的含量,并且两者表达呈正相关性。
Objective To investigate the effects of growth-regulated oncogene-1 ( GRO-1 ) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in the wound fluid of breast -conserving surgery patients by intraoperative radiotherapy with electrons during breast-conserving surgery of early breast cancer. Methods 60 breast-conserving surgery patients were randomly divided into control group and trial group. Control group contained 30 patients who received single breast-conserving surgery. Trila group contained the renmain 30 patients who received breast-conserving surgery and ELIOT. All wound fluid was then collected. The levels of GRO-1 and VEGF in every patient were determined by ELISA. Results The levels of GRO-1 and VEGF in control group were respectively (50.08 ± 14.09 )pmol/1 and (427.16± 20. 18 )ng/1, and the expression of GRO-1 and VEGF was positive correlated( X^2 =0. 817 ,P 〈0.01 ). The levels of GRO-1 and VEGF in trial group were respectively ( 15.64 ±2.80) pmol/1 and (206.55 ±6.34)ng/1,and the expression of GRO-1 and VEGF was positive correlated(γ =0. 449,P 〈0.05). Conclusion Intraopera- tive radiotherapy with electrons could obviously degrade the levels of GRO-I and VEGF in the wound fluid of breast-conserving surgery patients, and the expression of GRO-1 and VEGF was positive correlated.
