摘要
针对电力机车的空气、真空主断路器而研制了一种基于PC104总线的新型机车便携式检测仪器。根据断路器工作原理、设计、提出了检测方法,基于PC104总线,以嵌入式主板为核心构建了硬件平台,并采用自裁减的Linux操作系统和C语言开发应用程序,实现了对电力机车空气、真空主断路器的机械特性参数的测量,是一款高可靠性、智能化、网络化的便携式检测仪器,具有较高的应用价值。
This paper introduces a new measurement method based on PC104 bus for locomotive circuit breaker. Analyzing operating principle of circuit breaker, the test method is designed. Based on PC104 bus, the hardware platform is composed of embedded main board. It uses reduced Linux,C language and so on. The measurement can acquire the mechanical characteristic of vacuum circuit breaker and air circuit breaker on locomotive. With high reliability,intelligence and Network function,the measurement is worth employing.
