摘要
论述了空气流量传感器智能测试系统的设计方法及其系统结构。系统采用了双闭环控制风道来保证供风系统的稳定。前置信号处理电路对信号进行预处理和隔离,采用基于小波变换的滤波方法进行信号去噪,有效抑制了干扰。针对传感器信号受风量扰动较大的问题,采用小波的模极大值分析提高了传感器信号的测试精度和准确性。
This paper proposed the design methods and the system architecture of intelligent test system of air flow sensor. The double close-loop control wind tunnel ensured the stability of air supply system. Used meta-signaling processing circuit for signal pre-processing and isolation. Using filtering based on wavelet for signal denoising. Experimental resuits showed that this method can suppress effectively the noise interference. As the sensor signal had large disturbance by the wind, we used wavelet transform modulus maximum analysis to improve the accuracy of the sensor signal.
