摘要
介绍了广州珠江新城西塔工程外筒超大X型钢管节点的结构形式,详细分析了该类型节点制作与焊接的特点与难点,并结合工厂实际制作能力制订了有针对性的工艺技术措施,包括焊接工艺原理的角度,合理、科学的设计出各主要焊缝的形式、主结构装配顺序、焊缝焊接顺序和工艺要求等,并利用振动时效工艺消减焊接残余应力,通过焊接前后对主结构不同部位截面的应力水平进行监测与对比试验,确定了振动时效工艺对焊接残余应力的消减作用。
This paper describes super-X-steel outer cylinder node structure in the Guangzhou New City We.st Tower project,a detailed analysis of this type of node production and welding characteristics and difficulties, combined with factory actual production capacity to develop a targeted process technical measures.These measures include the principles of welding technology from the point of view,rational,and scientific design of the main seam,the main structure,assembly sequence,weld welding sequence and process requirements,and the use of vibratory stress relief process on the welding residual stress reduction, through the welding faint and rear sections in different parts of the main structure, the stress level of monitoring and comparison tests to determine the vibration aging proce~ on the role of welding residual stress reduction.
