摘要
针对不锈钢A-TIG焊接时的背面保护问题,研制了一种由Al2O3、MgO、TiO2、CaO等组成的背面保护剂。采用定性打分法分析了单一保护剂对焊缝背面抗氧化性、成形性的影响,在此基础上结合304不锈钢合金的特点,选择保护剂的组成成分。利用正交试验、极差分析和方差分析得到了较优配方,可以有效防止焊缝背面氧化,保证背面成形良好。
The back shielding fluxes are developed for A-TIG welding of stainless steels.It consists of Al2O3,MgO,TiO2,CaO and so on.The influence of various mono-components shielding fluxes on oxidation resistance are analyzed by means of mark.The components of shielding flux are confirmed according to the alloy system of stainless steels.A formula is obtained by orthogonal test ,range analysis and variance analysis.The formula can protect the back of the welding seam to be oxidized.
