摘要 为了提高钨极氩弧焊工艺设计效率和质量,针对钨极氩弧焊计算机辅助工艺设计(TIG-WeldingCAPP)系统的实际需求,构建了基于Client/Server结构的TIG-Welding CAPP网络数据库系统,结合Oracle数据库开发技术,采用面向对象编程语言C++开发了CAPP零件信息输入模块,提出了建立工艺数据库的设计过程。根据焊接工艺数据的特点,按照概念模型设计——逻辑结构设计———数据库设计的实现流程设计了系统工艺数据库。并以实例描述了系统的工作原理、整体模型结构和各模块功能,用户可通过本系统方便、快捷的实现TIG焊CAPP设计全部过程。 In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the Tig-Welding CAPP,aiming at the real need of the Tig-Welding CAPP system,a Tig-Welding CAPP network databasesystem based on client/server configuration is proposed,the development technology of Oracle database is synthesized,add the CAPP part information input module is developed in object-oriented programming language C++,the process programming of establishing database are put forward in this Paper.On the basis of the characteristic of Welding Process data,the system database is designed according to the flow of conceptual mode-logical structural design and the process of realization.The system operating theory,whole model structure and function of every module are deseribed by the examples.So that, users can complete all the processes of the Tig-Welding Capp designmore quickly by using this system.
