摘要
有关企业绩效的研究一直以来都是学术界关注的热点,许多学者从不同的视角进行了大量的探讨。从网络能力角度揭示了提升企业绩效的两条路径——网络学习和网络权力,构造了网络能力与企业绩效的关系模型,为提升企业绩效提供了一种思路。
Firm performance has been the academic focus, and many theoretical and methodological researches have been done from different perspectives. The paper tries to reveal the two paths of increasing firm performance on the view of network competence, which are network learning and network power. Meanwhile, in order to portray its formation mechanism, the relation model between network competence and firm performance is set up. A kind of thoughts for enterprises to increase firm performance is put forward.
