摘要
跨国公司是在两个或两个以上的国家建立的分支机构,由母公司统筹决策和控制,从事跨国生产经营活动。跨国公司知识网络的特点在于其开放性、动态性更强,而人力资本、结构资本、关系资本运作的效益和效率表现为知识网络的有效性。基于模糊评价方法的有效性评价可以显示不同层面、不同指标的效益效率,为提高跨国公司的效率和效益提供理论参考。
The transnational corporation, establishing branches in two or more countries, is coordinated and controlled by the parent company, and engages in cross-border production and operational activities. The characteristics of knowledge networks of TNCs are its openness and more dynamic, while the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of the human capital, structural capital and relationship capital show the effectiveness of knowledge networks. The fuzzy evaluation method is effective evaluation, which can show different levels and in different indicators of the benefits of efficiency. The paper provides a theoretical reference for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of transnational corporations.
