A Study of the Relationship between Human Resource Management System and Organizational Learning:An Absorptive Capacity Perspective

摘要 以知识吸收能力为研究基点,构建了基于其上的人力资源管理系统与组织学习的整合研究模型;在理论推演的基础上,提出了人力资源管理系统、知识吸收能力和组织学习子维度间的关系假设。使用滚雪球抽样共获得有效样本221个,利用结构方程模型对样本数据进行检验,研究假设得到了验证。 This paper constructs an absorptive-capacity-based research model integrating Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and organizational learning from the perspective of absorptive capacity. Based on a theory development, we propose hypotheses between HRMS, absorptive capacity (ACAP), and organizational learning (OL). We obtain 221 effective samples through snowball sampling and testify the sample data with SEM, most of the hypotheses being supported.
