Multi-source Information Model Research on Tacit Knowledge Sharing in a R&D Team

根据研发团队隐性知识共享的规律和隐性知识获取的渠道,在必要假设的基础上,建立了研发团队隐性知识共享的数学模型。模型揭示了研发项目进展和隐性知识共享的时间路径以及二者之间的内在联系,为管理者缩短产品研发周期、促进隐性知识共享提供了理论依据,并提出了促进隐性知识共享的对策。

According to the laws of sharing tacit knowledge and tacit knowledge acquisition channels, a mathematical model is established for describing tacit knowledge sharing in a R＆D team base on necessary hypothesis. The model reveals the time path of the process ofa R＆D project, tacit knowledge sharing time path and the intrinsic link between the two, which provides a theoretical basis for managers to shorten the product development cycle and promote tacit knowledge sharing. Finally, solutions are suggested to promote tacit knowledge sharing.
