颞叶癫痫的细胞移植治疗研究进展
摘要
新近开展的细胞移植技术已广泛应用于帕金森病、亨廷顿病、脊髓损伤等神经系统疾病的治疗,并取得了显著疗效。颞叶癫痫(TLE)是常见的难治性癫痫,其具有的局灶特性以及存在的相关细胞缺陷决定TLE非常适宜进行细胞移植治疗。该文就近年来应用细胞移植治疗TLE的理论基础和供体细胞的选择等研究进展进行综述。
