摘要 1病例报告患者男，38岁，高中文化，因“发作性肢体抽搐2年余”于2009—10入作者医院。患者于2007—06—29因颈椎病术后切口处出血压迫气管而出现呼吸心跳停止，经心肺复苏抢救成功后处于昏迷状态，随后出现阵发性肢体抽搐，间断应用地西泮等治疗（剂量不详）1个月余，
