铕(Ⅲ)-5-氟尿嘧啶-1-基乙酸-L-丝氨酸三元配合物的合成与性质 被引量:9

Synthesis and Characterization of Solid Ternary Complexes of Eu(Ⅲ) with 5-Fluorouracil-1-yl Acetic Acid and L-serine

摘要 在乙醇介质60℃水浴加热的条件下,合成了铕(Ⅲ)-5-氟尿嘧啶-1-基乙酸(5-Fu-1-yl)-L-丝氨酸(L-ser)三元固体稀土配合物,对其进行了元素分析、络合滴定、摩尔电导、紫外光谱、红外光谱、荧光光谱和循环伏安等性质的测试,确定其化学组成为[Eu(Ⅲ)(5-Fu-1-yl)(L-ser)]C l3.2H2O,重点通过循环伏安测定此配合物在碳糊工作电极上的电化学行为,在HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(pH≈6.5)中,[Eu(5-Fu-1-yl)(L-ser)]C l3.2H2O和EuC l3在(-0.2)^(-1.2)V(vs.SCE)电位均表现出电化学活性,稀土配合物的电化学活化中心是Eu3+,且配合物的还原峰电流与浓度和扫描速度的平方根呈现很好的线性关系,说明该体系为标准的可逆体系。 In ethanol medium, one solid ternary com plex of Eu ( 111 ) with 5-fluorouracil-l-yl acetic acid and L-serine was synthesized at 60 ℃ and characterized by elemental analysis, EDTA titration, molar conductance, ultraviolet spectra ( UV), infrared spectra (IR) , fluorescence spectra, and cyclic voltamme try(CV). The compositions of the complex were confirmed to be [ Eu ( Ⅲ ) ( 5-Fu-l-yl ) (L-ser) ] Cl3 · 2H2O. The focus was that the electrochemical behavior of ternary complex on the carbon paste working electrode was determined by cyclic voltammetry, and the [ Eu (5-Fu-l-yl) (L-ser) ] Cl3 ·2H2O and EuCl3 had electrochemical activity at - 0. 2 - - 1.2 V ( vs. SCE ) in the HAc-NaAc buffer solution ( pH ≈ 6.5 ). The electrochemical active center was Eu^3+ in rare earth complex. And there was a good liner relationship be- tween the reduction peak current of complex and concentration and square root of scan rate. The results showed that the system was a standard reversible system.
