摘要
本文在家兔SMAO休克模型上观察血浆PAF活性变化及来源.结果发现SMAO休克动物血浆PAF活性随休克进程发展进行性增加(休克前3.88±0.82Au/ml,实验结束前9.71±1.26Au/ml,P<0.01).开夹前肠系膜上静脉(SMV)血浆 PAF(7.80±0.43Au/ml)活性明显高于右心房PAF活性(4.16±0.30Au/ml,P<0.01),开夹1min后SMV血浆PAF活性与右心房血浆PAF活性(6.53±0.46Au/ml,P>0.05)无显著差异.结果提示PAF在SMAO休克中具有重要意义,其主要来源为缺血小肠.
The changes of plosma PAF activity and its sources were studied in superior mesenteric artery occlusion (SMAO) shock in rabbits. The results showed that a significant increase of plasma PAF activity during shock was occured in SMAO animals (from 3.88±?0. 82AU/ml to 0.71 ±1.26AU/ml, P < 0.01). The increase of plasmo PAF activity o SMV blood was significantly higher than that of atruim blood after 60 min occlusion of SMA ( P <0.01), while atrium plasmo PAF activity was increased at 1min after release of SMAO. The above results suggest that PAF play an important role in SMAO shock, ischemic intestine is one of the importent sources of plasma PAF during SMAO shock.
