摘要
目的:建立百色市地产灵芝药材FTIR特征图谱的系统聚类分析和主成分分析方法。方法:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测定百色市及外地产20个灵芝样品的光谱图,对所获光谱进行系统聚类分析和主成分分析。结果:系统聚类分析所得系统树图和主成分分析所得二维投影图均具有较好的聚类功能。结论:所建方法可用于百色市地产灵芝药材的聚类分析。该法的建立为灵芝药材的质量控制提供了一种简便、有效的手段。
objective: To establish a hierarchical cluster analysis method and a principal component analysis method for Ganodermalucidum from Baise city. Method: To measure the Fourier transform infrared spectra of 20 samples of Ganodermalucidum from different habitats, and to perform hierarchical cluster analysis and principal component analysis for the spectra. Result: Dendrogram generated by the hierarchical cluster analysis and 2D plot generated by the principal component analysis were effective for clustering Ganodermalucidum from Baise city. Conclusion: The hierarchical cluster analysis method and the principal component analysis method established can be used for quality control of Ganodermalucidum from Baise city.
