摘要
对华电包头发电有限公司#1、#2机组循环水系统的运行方式及循环水泵、水塔、凝汽器有关参数进行了分析和研究;对#4、#2循环水泵电动机进行了高、低速改造并实施投运。依据冬季机组负荷偏低的特点,进行了循环水系统方式的优化,在原来"两机三泵"运行方式的基础上,成功实现了"两机一泵"的运行方式,取得良好的经济效益。
The operation mode of circulating water system of unit number 1 and unit number 2 in Huadian Baotou Power Generation Corporation Limited and related parameters of the circulating water pump,the water tower and the condenser were analyzed and researched.The motors of water circulating pumps number 4 and number 2 were reformed into high and low speed mode,and were put into operation.According to the feature of lower load in winter,the operation mode of circulating water system was optimized;based on the original 'three pumps for two units' operation mode,the 'one pump for two units' operation mode was realized successfully,and favorable economical benefit was obtained.
