Examination on pyrogen of metronidazole injection by bacteria endotoxin method

目的：探讨应用细菌内毒素法测甲硝唑注射液的热原。方法：应用鲎试剂与细菌内毒素产生凝聚反应的机理以判断供试品中细菌内毒素的限量是否符合规定的一种方法。结果：兔法与细菌内毒素法实验比较无显著差异。结论：细菌内毒素法测定热原具有快速、灵敏度高、省时、省力等优点。

Objective: To determine the pyrogtn of metronidazole injection. METH0DS: Apply the coacervation mechanism of limulus reagent and bacteria endotoxin to judge it endotoxic limes in specimen was corresponding to the prescript. RESULTS =Compared with lapinization it showed no difference. CONCLUSION:Bacteria endotoxin method was simple quick and high sensitivity.
