骨髓同部位活检技术在疑难血液病诊断中的价值

Value of marrow isotoplc hiopsy in the Diagnosis of difficult and complicated hemopathy

目的：探讨骨髓同部位活检技术在疑血液病诊断中的价值。方法：对1986年～1996年10年间收治的疑难血液病14倒在骨髓穿刺的同时进行了同部位的骨髓活检，通过骨髓穿刺的阳性率与骨髓活检阳性率对比的实验研究。结果：骨髓活检的阳性率（11／14）明显高于骨髓穿刺的阳性率（13／14）。结论：骨髓组织病理结果说明骨髓同部位活检技术是诊断疑难血液病一种方便必不可少的方法。

OBJECTIVE:illustrate the value of the bone marrow isotopis biopsy in the diagno sis of (difficult and complicated) hematepathy. METHODS: 14 cases of difficult and complicated hematopathy admitted in ten years (1986- 1996) were evaluated by performing bone marrow biopsy and bone marrow puncture mearwhile. RESULT: The positive rate of bone marrow isotopic biopsy is significantly higher than that of bone marrow puncture. CONCLUSION:We demenstrate that the bone marrow isotopic biopsy is a convenient and necessary method in diagnosiy difficult and complicated hematopathy.
