钛杂化笼型聚倍半硅氧烷吸附苯胺废水的动/热力学以及吸附机理研究

Research on the adsorption thermodynamics/kinetics and adsorption mechanism about the adsorption of aniline-containing wastewater by titanium hybrid silsequioxane

摘要 采用自行合成的一种新型钛硅固体材料——钛杂化笼型聚倍半硅氧烷,吸附处理质量浓度50 mg/L的苯胺废水。结果表明,当钛杂化笼型聚倍半硅氧烷用量2 g/L,pH值4.0,常温吸附20 min时,其吸附率达到64%。吸附符合Freundlich模型,属于优惠吸附等温线。通过计算获取ΔG0,ΔH0,ΔS0等吸附参数数据,证实了钛杂化笼型聚倍半硅氧烷吸附苯胺的趋势;同时依据参数值推测了苯胺分子在催化剂表面被吸附的机理。 A new kind of titanium hybrid silsequioxane materials is synthesized and applied to treat the aniline wastewater of 50 mg/L. The results of the treatment show that under the conditions of the amount of the titanium hybrid silseqnioxane 2 g/ L, pH value 4.0, common temperature and the stirring time 20 min, the adsorption rate of aniline is 64%. The adsorption process conforms to following Freundlich adsorption isotherm equation. According to the calculated parameters, such as △G0, △H0, △S0, come from experiment, the adsorption mechanism is presumed.
