摘要
介绍了一种铜锌系丁醛气相加氢制丁醇的催化剂,并对催化剂的制备方法及加氢工艺条件进行了考察,得到了最佳的工艺条件:反应进口温度125~130℃,反应压力0.4~0.5MPa,原料液空速0.40h-1左右。在此条件下,丁醛的转化率在98%以上,丁醇的选择性在99%以上。进行了催化剂的放大制备和工业应用试验,成功替代进口催化剂,表现出良好的加氢性能和选择性,能够适应丁醇装置高负荷、长周期运行的需要。
The Cu-Zn-based catalyst for hydrogenation of butyraldehyde to butanol is prepared and the preparation methods and hydrogenation conditions are investigated. The optimum reaction conditions are obtained as followed: the inlet temperature is 125 -130℃ , the pressure is 0.4 -0.5 MPa and the space velocity of raw material is about 0.40 h^-1 . Under the above conditions, the conversion of butyraldehyde and the selectivity for butanol can reach above 98 % and 99 % respectively, The bulk production and industrial application of the catalyst are studied. The results show that the catalyst has good performances and long life, which can replace imported catalyst successfully; and it can be run in high load and long operation period of butanol unit.
