摘要
介绍了基于散射函数的非线性网络级联参数计算方法,推导了两个二端口非线性网络级联之后散射函数的计算公式,利用两个功率放大器各自实测的散射函数可以计出算两个放大器级联之后的总散射函数,并与两个放大器级联之后实测的散射函数进行对比实验,只要满足一定条件计算结果与实测结果比较一致,可以满足一般工程要求。
The calculation formula of scattering function after nonlinear scattering of Two-port network connection is introduced. It is based on the calculation method of nonlinear network connection of scattering function. With the data of each power amplifier test, it is possible to get final scattering function after the connection of the two power amplifier which contrasts with the scattering function of two power amplifiers connecting testing. If the calculated data is consistent with the test, it can meet the requirement of project applications.
