摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,过氧苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用溶液聚合法制得丙烯酸丁酯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚吸油性树脂。正交实验结果表明最佳合成条件:mBA:mMMA=3:1,交联剂1%,引发剂1%,温度85℃。此条件下制得的树脂吸油倍率21 g.g-1。
Solution copolymerization of butyl acrylate (BA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) is studied by using N, N- methylene bisacrymide as the cross linking agent and benzoyl pemxide(BPO) as the initiator. The optimum conditions from orthogonal experiment are as follows: mBA: mMMA = 3:1, wt(cmss linking agent) = 1% ,wt(initiator) = 1%, temperature = 85 ℃. The oil absorption power is 21 g· g- 1 for toluene.
